HOW CAN I JOIN BLINK SECURITY?

Requirements for the interview:

  • Valid SIA License
  • Passport or ID Card
  • 1 passport size photo
  • 1 proof of address (not older than 3 months)
  • 2 personal references (including names, addresses and telephone numbers)
  • National Insurance Number
  • Last 5 years employment history
  • Certificates
WHEN IS PAY DAY?

Payments are made every Wednesday, except when there’s been a Bank Holiday. In that case, payments will be made on the following day.

The week runs from Monday to Sunday and you will get paid 1 week in arrears, which means 10 days after the end of the week.

WHY DO I PAY SO MUCH TAX?

The amount of the tax is determined by HMRC. If you believe your tax is incorrect, you will have to speak to HMRC directly on 0300 200 3300

HOW CAN I RENEW MY SIA LICENCE?

You will need to set up an account and submit your application through the SIA website.

To speed up the process, you must inform the SIA of any changes such as a change of address or changing your name.

If you need assistance with your licence application, we can help if necessary. In such a case, please phone the office on 020 3602 6930.

CAN I WORK AFTER MY SIA BADGE EXPIRES?

Unfortunately, you can’t continue to work.  You MUST have a valid licence to be redeployed.
