Mike’s professional philosophy is grounded in nearly 20 years hands-on experience in security industry, from frontline operations to management, working for some very high profile clients including royal families and celebrities. Mike thrives in high-pressure environments and believes in no-nonsense management combining excellent communication skills, respect for effective policies and procedures, and thoughtful leadership. An always-active and highly motivated multi-tasker, Mike enjoys travel, fashion, keeping fit and personal development. In addition to running Blink Security, Mike is planning to complete a PhD, write a book, and learn at least two more languages in addition to his currently fluent English, Polish and Russian. Passionate about everything he does, Mike believes in setting himself goals – and accomplishing them.

Guarding Division Director
Grant is a seasoned security professional, with 15 years experience in many sectors of the industry, including protecting some very high-profile charges, all the way up to the Royal Family. Highly motivated, hardworking and disciplined, Grant thrives on the pressures and challenges of a fast-changing environment. A quick and flexible learner, Grant is committed to continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the business. When not managing Blink’s Guarding Division, Grant enjoys the great outdoors and you can find him on the South Downs or in the Peak District, hiking, fishing or camping with his family. He also enjoys gardening and cooking (indoors as well as outdoors).

Ewa

A qualified accountant with a postgraduate degree, Ewa has been with Blink Security since 2015, and in this period has wholeheartedly embraced the company ethos of teamwork, commitment to the highest standards of excellence and getting things done in a busy and challenging environment. Ewa prides herself on her organisation skills and attention to detail, qualities that both the staff and Blink’s clients definitely appreciate in an accountant. Away from Blink’s offices, Ewa enjoys keeping fit (she was a competitive rower for 10 years!), playing chess and cooking. Ewa speaks fluent English and Polish and loves testing her language skills not just at work but when travelling, something she does whenever she can. Her bucket list includes hiking the Inca Trail and enjoying a Santorini sunset .
